  • 1:00pm Setup Time
    • Please bring out your tables, chairs, grills (3), coolers, garbage containers, recycle containers. Each family should bring 2 bags of ice.
  • 3:00pm Party Starts
    • Eary drinks and light hor d'oeuvres.
  • 5:30pm Bean Bag Tournament Registration ($1.00 per person)
  • 6:00pm Dinner Time
    • Hamburgers, Hot dogs, Singapore Satay and much more....
  • 7:00pm Bean Bag Tournament
  • 9:30pm Night Time Left, Right & Center under the Tent!
  • 10:00pm Snack Time with late hor d'oeuvres and desserts
  • ??:?? CLEAN UP TIME. LET'S ALL HELP
