- Pictures and Video Clips
- 2:00pm Setup Time
  - Please bring out your tables, chairs, grills (3), coolers, garbage containers, recycle containers. Each family should bring ice.
- 4:00pm Party Time
  - Drinks and light hor d'oeuvres.
- 6:00pm Dinner Time
  - Hamburgers, Hot dogs, and much more...
- 10:00pm Snack Time
  - Desserts and late hor d'soeuvres.
- CLEAN UP TIME. LET'S ALL HELP
  We will be having a Bean Bag tournament, the time will be announced. Also we will try to have the ever popular Shoe Toss as well.
